Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, identify risks and delays.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors for project compliance.
• Conduct routine troubleshooting of equipment.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new systems.
• Follow safety protocols and operational standards.
• Prepare reports on activities, project progress, and site issues.
• Manage site resources to optimize productivity.
• Support project close-out including preparation of documentation.

1. Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
2. Develop and monitor project schedules, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.
3. Review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure alignment with project requirements.
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and relevant authorities for project execution and compliance.
5. Conduct routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure continuous and safe operation.
6. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as part of project delivery.
7. Follow all company field processes, safety protocols, and operational standards to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
8. Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
9. Prepare timely and comprehensive reports on maintenance activities, project progress, site issues, and any deviations or delays.
10. Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.
11. Support project close-out, including preparation of as-built drawings, O&M documentation, and handover packages.
