Project Engineer

JOB SCOPE

Overall supervision of assigned projects, to ensure timely completion of projects, within the approved budgets set by the Project Manager and the management.

Plan and prepare all project program with indication of Critical Path to complete assigned projects in a timely manner.

To liaise with all subcontractors, consultants and owners on project matters and to resolve all technical discrepancies and site issues.

To supervise and ensure that acceptable workmanship and quality of projects are obtained to the management and consultants approval.

To attend, prepare and report on project progress, milestones and targets during meetings.

To organize and to chair regular site meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.

To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with.

Manage public feedbacks pertaining to site issues.

Any other adhoc projects and duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Min Diploma in Civil Engineering / Project Management

Degree in Civil Structural Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board and BCA

Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction

Use of AutoCAD would be an advantage

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
