Job summary

CLO Haus in Singapore is seeking a civil drafting professional to assist in planning, coordination and documentation across multiple projects. You will prepare drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting civil drawings with CAD software.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and markups.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documents and reports.
• Track project progress and update schedules.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries.
• Support submission of permits (BCA/HDB).
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
• Ensure smooth communication between all parties.
• Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD/Civil 3Dor equivalent)
• Interpret design briefs, sketches, and mark-ups to produce precise drafting outputs
• Develop site plans, grading plans, drainage systems, and infrastructure layouts
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and coordination
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes in a timely manner
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and version control
• Support documentation for approvals, submissions, and construction phases
