Job description

Responsibilities

Provide on-site leadership and supervision for semiconductor plant construction projects.

Ensure that construction activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of piping works within semiconductor plant construction projects.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure that design specifications align with client requirements and safety standards.

Implement construction management best practices to meet project goals.

Enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and guidelines on construction sites.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.

Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, engineers, and construction teams.

Provide regular progress reports and updates to management.

Ad-hoc Safety coordinator duties if necessary

And other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

1 year working experience in Singapore and 2 years of experience in VSMC Vacuum Hookup

Preferably knowledge in semiconductor industry/Construction Industry

Pay attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality

At least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Good written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write due to the document from Main HQ (Taiwan) is in Mandarin
