You will ensure quality control and manage project schedules while supporting both in-house and client projects. The position requires supervision and decision-making skills along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and knowledge of design software like AutoCAD.

Job description

Roles & Resposibilities

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
• Interacting with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
• Request for information, follow up with owner response to sub requesting information
• Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status to manager
• Assign responsibilities (daily and weekly plans) to workers
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and team members
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and monitor job schedules
• Supporting both in house projects as well as active projects for client
