Project Director & Regional Head of Operations, Commercial Building Services- APAC

Singapore- Onsite

What is the Job all about?

This dual-role position serves as both Global Programme Director and Regional Head of Operations – CBS APAC. The Global Programme Director is responsible for leading and executing complex, high‑impact initiatives that drive strategic value across Grundfos globally, with a high level of functional accountability. In parallel, the Regional Head of Operations – Commerical Building Services APAC oversees operational excellence in the region, ensuring strong performance across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, people, and sales growth. The role also ensures end‑to‑end process management for customer satisfaction, secures SIOE of the plants, and drives the successful implementation of the CBS Operations strategy within APAC.

Your main responsibilities:

Global Program Director

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. CBS LT and WC/Union. Attend meetings, networking events, and other forums to foster collaboration and understanding.
• Address and resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise between stakeholders. Use diplomatic skills to negotiate and find mutually beneficial solutions
• Facilitate the exchange of relevant information between groups. Ensure that all parties have access to the necessary data to make informed decisions.
• Represent the interests of Grundfos in interactions with internal and relevant external entities. Advocate for policies, be part of negotiating agreements, and promote a positive image.
• In situations of crisis or emergencies, take a lead role in managing the response. Ensure that communication is clear and that all parties involved are informed and coordinated, especially with CBS LT and PMO.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and activities. Prepare reports and updates as necessary.

Regional Head of Operations-CBS APAC

• Provide strong support to local Sales teams by working with any CBS or Non-CBS Plants and Ops functions worldwide, demonstrate customer centricity from end-to-end perspective.
• Drive Sales growth by reducing end-to-end lead time, improving delivery performance and optimizing cost base. Managing and driving down past due sales within the region.
• Initiate and join meetings with Sales, Marketing, CSSC Team and Customers when needed.
• Managing customer relations on behalf of CBS OpsRegions when necessary.
• Accountable for the SQIDCP matrix in the CBS Ops Region.
• Drive the target setting and budgeting process in the Ops regions to ensure alignment of targets within CBS Ops and end to end stakeholders, cascade targets in the CBS Ops regions.
• Contribute to the financial performance and organizational growth in compliance with Divisional strategy, objectives and plans. Accountable for the budget of the Ops region.
• Create strong collaboration culture within and across regions and divisions.
• Lead the team by creating a transparent environment, with a drive for results, continuous improvement and learning, based on trust and coaching. Build effective and successful teams, deliver results to enable team quality and productivity. Develop key people and talents.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and operations, preferred with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and implementation of digital tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
