Strategic program leadership:

• Lead overall project engagements for Digitalization projects emerging and high growth market segments specifically Data Centers and Semicon
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the digitalization program ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational targets, and long-term asset performance.
• Build and implement best-in-class governance coordinating multi-stakeholder projects including risk management, change control, cost management, execution, escalation and communication.

Commercial & Financial Oversight

• Own the budget for all controls & automation workstreams, ensuring strong forecasting, cost control, and commercial discipline.
• Lead vendor selection and contract negotiations with vendors, automation integrators, software development and commissioning partners.

Stakeholder & Executive Alignment

• Serve as the senior point of contact for Customer, operations teams, design consultants, contractors, and technology partners.
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations transparently to senior leadership in a periodic manner.
• Influence cross-functional teams (IT, operations, cybersecurity, construction) to ensure alignment and timely decisions.

Risk, Compliance & Operational Resilience

• Anticipate and manage risks that may impact commissioning readiness, security, cost, or schedule.
• Provide oversight for Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and operational readiness, ensuring the site can transition smoothly into production.
Vendor, Contract & Partnership Management
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, engineering firms, general contractors, and commissioning authorities.
• Hold vendors accountable for performance, delivery quality, schedule adherence, and cost outcomes.
• Ensure seamless integration between automation systems, critical infrastructure, and digital management platforms.

• 15-20 years of experience in digital project implementation and management in industrial setting
• PMP certification
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 12+ years’ experience leading large-scale capital projects in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial automation, or related sectors.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with full accountability for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and delivering multi-million-dollar programs.
• Added consideration for familiarity with SCADA systems, WFC tools, and containerized deployments, Experience with CFD simulations and chiller plant optimization strategies, semantic data management and AI-driven optimization frameworks
