Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery of ACMV projects, ensuring alignment with contract scope, budget, and schedule.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth communication and resolution of technical or contractual issues.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, quality assurance, and safety performance.
• Review and approve project schedules, progress claims, variation orders, and other key documentation.
• Mentor and develop project teams to enhance operational efficiency and technical capability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry codes, and company policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ACMV or M&E projects, with at least 5 years in a senior management or project leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction or industrial ACMV projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, contracts, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Registered PE or PMP certification will be an advantage.
