• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• AI / Generative AI delivery experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Life Insurance projects from initiation through implementation.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues with governance.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Architecture, Data and others to ensure delivery.
• Act as the main contact across stakeholders and drive timely decisions and resolution of issues.
• Provide techno-functional understanding to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment and production readiness activities.
• Prepare project status reports, governance packs, RAID logs and management updates.
• Work independently, take ownership and drive delivery outcomes.
• Support AI / Generative AI or digital transformation initiatives where required.

Role Summary
