Job Description / Duties
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and qualit standards are met
  • Plan, coordinate, and track project progress with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule
  • Ensure effective communication between teams, clients, and vendors so that tasks are clearly defined and completed on time
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Manage resources, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables meet clients' expectations.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess success and define areas for improvement to development team
  • Support customer onboarding, training, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
  • Help customers understand product features and potential upgrades
Work experience/Skills required
  • Possessing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Experience in project management / delivery and operations
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
