A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking an Interior Project Coordinator/Manager responsible for overseeing renovation projects and managing teams. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Interior Design, have excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented. This role requires proactivity in solving technical issues and managing project timelines effectively, with potential for higher commissions for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

The Interior Project Coordinators/ Managers are responsible for overseeing the renovation by providing on‑site management, developing a strategic plan, monitoring, and adapting as needed. They need to interact confidently and build credible relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders.

Job Description

We’re seeking a systematic & meticulous Interior Project team to join us.

  • Prepare ballpark, quotation, project timeline chart & proper document submission.

  • Provide technical advice and pre‑empt potential challenges to Team & Client.

  • Manage manpower & resources to execute site works within the timeline.

  • Responsible for initiating corrective actions & providing solutions to solve the site’s technical issues.

  • Carry out defects servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.

  • Update your residence/ commercial project progress to the Project Director regularly.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.

  • Candidates with 1 year of experience are preferred. However, entry‑level candidates are also welcome.

  • Basic knowledge of project coordination and management is preferred.

  • Basic software skills like MS Excel & PowerPoint should never be neglected.

  • Good communicator with an eye for detail, systematic and good time management a HUGE bonus.

  • Teamwork, motivation, and self‑empowerment.

  • Willing to work in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
