Interior Project Coordinator / Manager
Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Interior Project Coordinator / Manager to oversee renovation projects from planning to completion. This role requires strong site management skills, practical problem‑solving, and the ability to work confidently with both internal teams and external partners. If you enjoy taking ownership, leading site execution, and delivering quality projects, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, timelines, and necessary documentation

  • Provide technical guidance and anticipate potential site or construction challenges before they arise

  • Manage site manpower and resources to ensure smooth execution within agreed timelines

  • Take ownership of resolving technical and site‑related issues with practical solutions

  • Conduct defect inspections for completed projects and maintain proper service records

  • Coordinate closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment

  • Provide regular progress updates for residential and commercial projects to the Director

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred (entry‑level candidates with a strong learning attitude are welcome)

  • Basic understanding of renovation workflows, site coordination, and project management

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and coordination

  • Strong communication skills with good attention to detail and time management

  • A team player who is proactive, responsible, and solution‑oriented

  • Able to perform well in a fast‑paced and hands‑on environment
