Job Title: Project Coordinator (ID3537) | Location: Farrer Park | Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, alternate Sat 8:30am-12:30pm | Salary up to: $2500

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and filing systems.
• Support project team in coordinating paperwork such as quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and inspection reports.
• Track and update project schedules, material delivery records, and progress updates.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors mainly for documentation and submission purposes.
• Ensure all documentation complies with project, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• ITE Certificate in Mechanical or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
