A construction company in Singapore is seeking a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction sector, preferably in gas and water pipes. The role involves coordinating projects, liaising with various authorities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Successful candidates will be responsible for various site management tasks, including the preparation of reports and coordination of project activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Sector preferably in Gas Pipes / Water Pipes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate work progress.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site works.
• Planning and coordinating trenchless method pipe laying and open-cut works.
• Efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures implemented at the work site.
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
• Preparation and submission of daily progress reports.
• Verify the As-built drawings & Prepare claim documents.
• Attend weekly meeting and present work plans to clients.
• Serve as a liaison with clients and other stakeholders to maximize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining comprehensive site records to track the progression of watermain diversions and pipe-laying works.
• Preparing detailed shutdown plans for watermains.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site works.
• Planning and coordinating trenchless method pipe laying and open-cut works.
• Efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures implemented at the work site
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.

• Verify the As-built drawings & Prepare claim documents.
