Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Security & ELV Systems team. The successful candidate will support project engineers and stakeholders in coordinating, monitoring, and documenting project activities to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and adherence to design and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee project schedules, timelines, and deliverables with project engineers.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Monitor project budget and expenses against approved drawings before handing over to project engineers.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Organise and maintain soft copies of drawings and related documentation, ensuring version control and easy access for project team members.
  • Communicate effectively with project engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders, providing updates and clarifications where required.
  • Update and revise project drawings/documents to reflect design changes or modifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform quality checks on drawings/documents to ensure adherence to design guidelines and standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in security, ELV, M&E, or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM coordination is an advantage.
  • Good Technical knowledge in ELV System
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
