Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors.
• Perform the tasks of a cost estimator.
• Responsible for coordinating physical construction activities, overseeing workers' performance, ensuring on-site safety, and collaborating closely with subcontractors and construction workers.
• Control the supply of materials required for the construction site, track supplier deliveries to ensure timely arrival, organize waste disposal when necessary, and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with architects and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
• Ensuring that all construction work is carried out in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma / A Level
• Min 2 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity in Plumbing & Sanitary Services for HDB Project
• Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
