Job summary

A leading glass specialist firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual for an on-site position involving glass installation and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the glass industry and possess strong skills in measuring and cutting glass. Job Description

• On-site measurements
• Using independent judgement, provide timely and effective customer service
• Administrative support to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and sales efficiency
• Collaborate and communicate with relevant departments within the organization, to support business and customers' needs.

Requirements

• Expert in reading drawing and glass specification (E.g. glass type, colour, frame, installation procedure and materials required) for daily installation job
• Good in installing and dismantling prefabricated glass / mirror or glass products on walls, ceilings or surface of building
• Experience in repairing and servicing for glass & mirror at residential and commercial area
• Skilful in measuring glass, marking glass and cutting glass
• Possess Local Class 3 Driving Licence
• Perform other jobs duties as assigned
