Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage logistics and project delivery for hospitality furniture projects. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain, and has relevant project coordination experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle multiple projects is required. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, offering a salary range of $2,500 - $2,900.

  • Oversee container unstuffing activities.
  • Manage receipt and release of goods.

Job description
  • Position: Project Coordinator
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6.30pm)
  • Working Location: Near Redhill / Tiong Bahru MRT
  • Salary: $2,500 - $2,900
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with manufacturers regarding product defect reports and coordinate replacement shipments until resolution.
  • Manage project delivery schedules and logistics coordination to ensure timely completion of hospitality furniture projects.
  • Prepare and issue Work Memos and other project-related documentation.
  • Participate in stock-taking exercises across all warehouses (every June and November).
  • Manage and update sales team enquiries on 3rd-party delivery costs, including confirmation of delivery dates and times.
  • Oversee container unstuffing activities to ensure accurate handling and accountability.
  • Manage the receipt and release of goods, ensuring proper documentation and quality verification.
  • Support additional duties and tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, logistics, or operations (hospitality or furniture industry preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet work deadlines.
