Project Coordinator | $2,400 - $3,500 | One North

📍 Location: One North (Site travel required)
💰 Salary: $2,400 – $3500 (based on experience) + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonus (VB)
🕘 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🕣 Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries and conduct site surveys as required.
• Carry out detailed designs and provide proposals for customers.
• Plan and schedule work according to contractual timelines.
• Coordinate delivery of goods with suppliers and store.
• Manage daily project operations and resolve issues proactively.
• Liaise with customers on plan approvals, work acceptance, and project progress.
• Attend site meetings and inspections; report regularly on progress and schedule adherence.
• Prepare monthly project reports for Project Manager and customers.
• Coordinate project handover including submission of project documents.
