  • Source for suppliers/subcontractors to meet project requirements.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, correspondence, and records.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and expense reporting.
  • Support office operations, including procurement of supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in project and administrative workflows.
