Overview

Assists the PM/PE to carry out and implement materials planning, troubleshoot problems at the work sites, attend site meetings at the main contractor’s office, daily project coordination work.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of workers under supervision; brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular checks to ensure satisfactory quality.
• Regularly check materials, equipment and tools to prevent stoppages.
• Provide training and briefing to all new workers.
• Regularly check workers’ punctuality and be aware of the accommodation and transport arrangements.
• Sign in daily attendance cards for workers.
• Advise workers to take necessary safety precautions and work safely.
• Monitor the productivity of each worker based on work done.
• Handle all technical aspects of fire protection installation and fire alarm systems for industrial and commercial buildings.
• Report immediately any accidents, delays, or damage to equipment.
