Project Coordinator (6 / 12 months)

Salary: Up to $5,000 (Contract renewable)

Contract Options:

  • 6-month contract (1 position)
  • 12-month contract (1 position)

Location: Commercial building near Bugis MRT

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Support the development of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and drawings.
  • Ensure adherence to local building regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Monitor project expenses and support budget tracking.
  • Process invoices and track cost variations.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the key point of contact among clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Organise meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Site Monitoring

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
  • Identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Requirements
  • Diploma holder with 5 years’ relevant experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Proven experience in project management, asset enhancement, or related roles within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of asset evaluation, market analysis, and project management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and present updates to management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support asset value optimisation.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
