Job summary

A leading technology service provider in Singapore is looking for a project coordinator to assist in managing installation and maintenance projects. The role involves organizing manpower and schedules, coordinating installations, and maintaining project records. Candidates should have a diploma in Engineering or related fields, with 3–5 years of coordination experience in technical projects, particularly in CCTV and networking. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities, installation works, and maintenance operations.
  • Plan and organize manpower deployment, technician schedules, and subcontractor arrangements to meet project timelines.
  • Coordinate installation of IP cameras, network transmission cables, monitoring terminals, and related equipment.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works and ensure uninterrupted system operations.
  • Maintain all project records including site documentation, reports, manpower logs, and progress tracking.
  • Liaise with PUB officers for site access, inspections, weekly reporting, and audit checks.
  • Ensure workforce compliance with PUB requirements such as manpower composition, SMM, BCP, and safety procedures.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and support technical teams with rectification and follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate communication between technicians, vendors, and the Project Manager for timely project execution.
  • Support end-of-contract works, including camera system removal and reinstatement of monitoring sites.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Nitec in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of coordination experience in technical, installation, or maintenance projects.
  • Experience in CCTV, networking, cabling, or field service coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan manpower and manage multiple work sites.>
  • Good communication skills for liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and PUB officers.
  • Able to work independently, handle tight schedules, and support field activities when required.
  • Proficient in reporting, documentation, and basic computer applications.
