Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to construct 3D models and prepare architectural shop drawings using BIM software. The role also includes liaising with consultants and providing support in BIM duties. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture and be well-versed in the Singapore BCA BIM processes. Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BIM software is essential.
• Completed BIM Modelling or BIM Management courses are preferred.
• Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process.

Responsibilities

To construct 3D models and prepare architectural shop drawings for submission to the authorities and construction using BIM software.

Prepare and coordinate Architectural services drawings for building construction.

Liaise with consultants on design concepts and changes.

Prepare architectural as-built drawings.

Provide support to the project team in duties related to BIM

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Hands‑on experience with Autocad, Autodesk Revit MEP, Revit Architecture, or other related design modeling and coordination software.

Completed BIM Modelling or BIM Management or similar courses.

Well‑versed in Singapore BCA BIM e‑submission process, requirements, and guidelines.

Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good teamwork.
