Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or 3 years of relevant coordination experience.

• Able to follow site safety requirements; BCSSc certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, activities, and site requirements for entrance system installations.
• Prepare and manage project documents including RA/SWP, meeting minutes, and as-built records.
• Communicate with clients to confirm project scope, timelines, and technical details.
• Track project progress, identify issues, and support the Project Manager with solutions.
• Liaise with technicians, contractors, and suppliers to keep workflow on schedule.
