We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Director and project teams in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget. This role offers excellent exposure to project management, client relations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in coordinating project management activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Prepare project documentation, including schedules, reports, evaluations, and billing documents.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, clients, and stakeholders on project-related matters.
- Oversee project administration, including pricing, contract variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Monitor financial aspects of projects, ensuring they remain within budget.
- Review and negotiate contractor quotations for cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on project deliverables.
- Provide ad-hoc support for project-related business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, flexible, and a good team player.
