- Manage a few teams of supervisors for daily work activities.
- Liaise with the client, internal staff, and subcon on daily activities.
- Manage the progress of the work activities.
- Prepare the site team with the necessary tools, equipment, and PPE and procurement of them.
- Preparation of monthly lateral logging updates and claims documents for QS submission to client.
- Report and discuss with the Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestions for mitigation and improvement, if any.
