We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

DESIGNATION : Project Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Project Engineer in planning, scheduling, and executing projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and monitor project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Coordinate effectively with various departments, teams, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progress.
  • Track project status and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure proper filing and systematic tracking of all project-related documents.
  • Generate progress reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues clearly and promptly to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare claim forms with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
  • Collect, organize, and review all necessary documentation for project claims to ensure completeness and correctness before submission.
  • Liaise with client teams for approval or clarification regarding claim-related documents.
  • Monitor claim status and follow up with relevant departments or clients to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a detailed log of claims submitted, approved, or rejected for tracking purposes.
  • Manage all correspondence related to project execution and claims efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant local experience in road works, structural, infrastructure, or Oil & Gas projects.
  • Experience with underground utilities or similar site works will be an advantage.
  • Strong skills in project coordination and site supervision, with a practical and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Preferably possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
