A leading events organiser in Singapore is seeking an individual with administrative and customer service skills to support its project team. You will assist with sales, marketing, and operational tasks, managing databases, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate holds a diploma and has experience in administrative roles or event management. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Preferably at least 1 year of working experience.
  • Prior experience in administrative support or event management is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated good organizing skills.

  • Assist the project team in sales, marketing, and administrative support.

About The Role

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the project team in all the sales, marketing, operations and administrative support for the assigned shows.
  • Collate and maintain exhibitor master check list, as well as manage floorplan for assigned project
  • Compile information required for show directory, maintain show databases and promotional materials, verify invoices, monitor payment status, process contracts and sales reports when required.
  • Supporting adhoc duties when needed
  • Dynamic and energetic by nature, you thrive working under intense pressure to deliver the show results.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Prior experience in administrative support or event management will be advantageous
  • Versatile, independent and able to multitask
  • Have a flair for customer service and would want to develop a sales or marketing career
  • Be very well organized, meticulous and innovative
  • Demonstrated good teamwork and organizing skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
