Job summary

A global leader in access solutions is seeking a project coordinator in Singapore. The candidate will assist with tenders, manage project schedules, and liaise with various teams to enhance customer service. Ideal applicants should have a diploma or certification and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project team with tenders and quotations.
  • Prepare ironmongery schedules for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate the handover of keys to users on site.
  • Handle progress claims and ensure documentation is in order.
  • Work with project sales on bills of quantities and project scheduling.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist finance in customer payment follow-ups.
  • Liaise between customers and sales/logistics/finance.
  • Manage Master Price List updates.
  • Assist in marketing activities.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project team in handling tenders, quotations
  • Preparing ironmongery schedules for assigned projects
  • Coordinator the permanent key and master key hand over to user on site
  • Handling progress claims and ensuring all documentation are in order
  • Work together with our project sales team to ensure that the bills of quantities are promptly updated and assist in the preparation of project scheduling and installation of sample boards and mock-up samples as may be required
  • Work closely with our logistics support team to ensure that our deliveries are properly and promptly delivered according to schedule
  • Assist the finance department in the follow-up payment from customers, by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially in regard to project progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on time
  • Liaise closely between customers and our sales, logistics, finance support teams to maximize and enhance customer service levels, especially where product installation/repair is necessary
  • Manage Master Price List to ensure priced are promptly updated and distributed to the team
  • Assist in conducting marketing activities for Channels and Glass business
  • Liaise with ASSA ABLOY personnel to maximise customer service levels
  • Promptly and competently attend to all customers enquiries and complaints
