We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing projects. This role requires strong coordination skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and logistics, to align project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure timely execution of time-sensitive manufacturing orders.
• Client Support
  Assist client-facing teams by providing clear project updates. Maintain a high standard of communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Inventory & Data Analysis
  Use data analytics to optimize inventory levels and forecast project timelines. Coordinate among customers' orders as required.
• Documentation
  Ensure accuracy and consistency in project documentation, production plans, and status reports.
• Training & Onboarding Support
  Begin with hands-on training in indoor sales coordination for 6 to 12 months to build a strong foundation in customer and production requirements.
