This role includes coordinating tasks, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and providing updates to management. Ideal candidates should have a Professional Certificate in Architecture and relevant experience in the interior construction field. Flexibility for night and weekend work is expected.

Job Description

• Coordinate, monitor and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner for commercial and residential interior fit out works.
• Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing.
• Brief workers on work place safety regulation & safety procedures ensure workers to follow through.
• Planning of projects schedule, close monitoring of projects and provide necessary updates to various division.
• Liase with suppliers, subcontractor, management and follow up closely on every project and smooth handover in good words.
• Control and manage purchases and stock for projects.
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
• Provide reports and activity updates to management.
• Any adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience in interior/ construction trade an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess driving license.
• Need to work night time and Weekends if project require.
