Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage HDB Sprucing work.
• Manage HDB maintenance work schedule
• Process and Monitor project claim from client
• Scheduling inspection with Client
• Scheduling inspection, work with contractor/vendors.
• Report to Account Manager.
• Manage the team of Sprucing workers, Maintenance workers, Residents, HDB officers. ensure all works adhere to legal regulations.
• Attend to any cases raised including after hours by the Client which includes the residents where applicable.
• Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s).
• Ensure smooth operations on site(s).
• Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical /Building/ Facilities Management from a recognized polytechnic with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• 1 year in Project Management
• Relevant experience in inspection and inspection requirement
• Relevant experience in Construction work
