Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall project site management, planning, and execution.
- Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors, and Project managers.
- Administer all site works including contract administration, management of delivery, and progress of the project to ensure the quality of work and safety regulations are compiled according to BCA/MOM requirements.
- To attend site meetings, attend client's briefing/site measurement.
- To ensure the profit margin is achieved accordingly the set target.
- Receives requests; obtains estimates; updates records; initiates paperwork to maintain proper documentation and follows up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract; processes and obtains approval of contract changes.
Requirements
- Min. 3 years experience in construction, with landed houses’ projects, will be advantaged.
- Able to read structure and ID drawings, furniture detailing.
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- PC literate – proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Having a CSCPM certificate and other construction safety certificates will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
