Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall project site management, planning, and execution.
• Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors, and Project managers.
• Administer all site works including contract administration, management of delivery, and progress of the project to ensure the quality of work and safety regulations are compiled according to BCA/MOM requirements.
• To attend site meetings, attend client's briefing/site measurement.
• To ensure the profit margin is achieved accordingly the set target.
• Receives requests; obtains estimates; updates records; initiates paperwork to maintain proper documentation and follows up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract; processes and obtains approval of contract changes.

Requirements

• Min. 3 years experience in construction, with landed houses’ projects, will be advantaged.
• Able to read structure and ID drawings, furniture detailing.
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• PC literate – proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Having a CSCPM certificate and other construction safety certificates will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
