Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to coordinate project activities and manage site progress. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in ERSS projects, a diploma in Civil Engineering, and can liaise effectively with both English and Mandarin-speaking clients. A valid driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERSS projects.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with Project Manager for job site access.
• Attend site progress meetings when necessary.
• Arrangement of transportation for materials, machines and equipment.

Skills

Job description

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with Project Manager for viewing of job sites / work access prior to materials and machinery mobilization.
• Co-ordinate with Project Manager on the quantity and type of materials and type of machineries.
• Co-ordinate with Project Manager on the manpower requirement and deployment.
• Co-ordinate with Safety Personnel on the Safety Induction as per clients' requirements.
• Attend site progress meeting when necessary.
• Arrangement of transportation for materials, machines and equipment.
• Arrangement of daily manpower movement.
• Co-ordination on site progress and development.
• Ordering of expendable materials.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma / ITE in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) & Construction Safety Course.
• Minimum 3 years experience in ERSS projects.
• Good command in both written & spoken in English & able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.
