A construction company in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage project schedules and coordinate activities. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have relevant project experience. Responsibilities include preparing progress reports, ensuring safety regulations, and attending meetings. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work flexible hours is essential.
Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, coordinate activities. Follow up and report on-site and off-site project management and progress. Prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients. Analyse project specifications, including Electrical, structural, architectural, and M&E drawings. Conduct thorough monitoring of construction work activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations. Perform other project related administrative duties assigned. Coordinate, prepare and arrange site inspection with RE & RTO. Arrange daily Toolbox Meeting with Site Supervisor and WSHC and briefing on site activities and daily task. Attend monthly, weekly safety meetings and site works with Client. Prepare necessary submission for project (RFI, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings and supporting documents preparation). To prepare and keep records, summary related to project. Maintain Project documents control for ISO purpose. Organise the team to attend to emergency defects on Sundays and Public Holidays, and update the status of resolution in the client’s WhatsApp chat group. (Emergency Recovery Work)
