• Salary Package : $2000 and above
• Full-time position
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm; Sat 9 to 1pm
• Main Office is at Oxley Bizhub 2. Site location: Subjected to Project postings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create project plans, schedules, budgets and monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manages all aspects of the project/construction execution.
• Attend Job Site meeting, SIC meeting.
• Prepare timely project progress reports on time, cost, and quality and timely communication with clients.
• Manage and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants and project manager.
• Analyse project specifications and M&E drawings.
• Conduct Risk Assessment for projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations.
• Perform administrative duties assigned, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Candidates must be Self-Motivated.
• Diploma in Engineering, Construction and Building management, quantity surveying, project management or related fields.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Refrigeration system.
• Singaporean/ Permanent Resident (PR)/ Malaysian
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D), P&ID and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in interpreting construction drawings.
• Able to manage drawing submissions and work independently across job sites.
• Transport travel to job sites (allowance provided)
• Willing to be hands-on and highly adaptable to working at various jobsites.
• Available to start on short notice.
