Roles & Responsibilities

• Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.
• Follow up and report on-site and off-site project management and progress.
• To prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
• Analyse project specifications, including Electrical, structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Experience on government authority submission.
• Liaise with subcontractors for job schedule planning.
• Conduct thorough monitoring of construction work activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Attend site progress meetings for various projects.
• Perform other project related administrative duties assigned.
• Prepare necessary submission for project. Example, MAF, RFI, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings and supporting documents preparation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering field.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Relevant project experiences in dredging, reclamation or near shore construction will be preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
• Own travel vehicle will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
