In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects by coordinating day‑to‑day operations and providing administrative and coordination assistance to the project management team.

What you'll be doing
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues
  • Maintaining detailed project records, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
  • Go site visits, meetings, and other project‑related activities
  • Providing administrative support, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence.
  • Assisting the project management team with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of projects
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role in the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
