Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage projects. The role involves communicating with key stakeholders, managing project delivery, and ensuring quality standards are met. Candidates must have at least a diploma and a Class 3 Driver's License, and should be proficient in English. Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a Class 3 Driver's License.
  • Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
  • Proficient in English; both written and spoken forms.
  • Technical knowledge in the telecommunication industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project through designated project management software.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Source and request for quotations from suppliers to ensure price competitiveness.
  • Submission of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Manage customer's expectations on the projects.
  • Manage the delivery of the project accordingly.
  • Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel.
  • Monitor the performance of project team members.
  • Utilize industry best practice, techniques, and standards.
  • Submit project deliverables to clients.

Requirements
