Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Construction Management or Architecture, along with 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry. You will assist in quality control, prepare reports, and coordinate material supply, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years experience in construction industry.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • With Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) Certificate is an added advantage.

Job Scope
  • To assist in Quality Assurance & Quality Control
  • Coordinate with the material supply chain to provide the needed supplies.
  • Assist in equipment and component installation to assure that every process is running due standards.
  • Prepare construction progress reports from the site to be provided to the construction manager.
  • Monitor the material and tools spending usage on site to stay on budget.
  • Assist project manager in preparing schedules and ensure appropriate filing and paperwork.
  • Maintain records of all construction dates and project costs.
  • Provide the needed documents for all implementations and activities on site.
  • Assist in preparation of Shop Drawing and Schematic Drawing for confirmed project
  • Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Construction management / Architecture or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years experience in construction industry
  • With Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) Certificate is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in Revit & AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Words and Office
  • Good in handling paper work and able to work under stress and fast paced environment
  • Good problem solving skill and able to address potential issues proactively
  • Good in communication skill (verbal & written) and interpersonal skill
