A leading project management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Management Office. You will assist project managers in delivering projects by managing scheduling, project reports, and expense tracking. Ideal candidates possess a diploma or degree in a related field, have excellent communication skills, and experience in project administration. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must for this role.
The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support for the Project Management Office and support the Project Managers in their delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker skilled in communications (both internally and externally) and a master in coordination and scheduling works. The Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, projects profit and loss calculation, project reports, managing Project Warehouse inventory, and tracking expenses.
We are looking for a teammate who is meticulous and pro‑active. The Project Coordinator is expected to have good oral and written communication abilities and have a sound understanding of project management cycle. They should be organized, reliable and able to handle stressful situations.
