Responsibilities

• Plan, co-ordinates and implements overall site works with sub-con and other related trades to carry out work safely.
• Identify and resolves all problems that arises on site.
• To organize and deploy resource/material for project.
• Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.
• Co-ordinate with sub-con and solve technical problems.
• To monitor the progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on siteInvolve and lead in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works).
• Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications.
• Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.
• Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.
• Manage the receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.
• Liaise and coordinate with working partners, Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors during the construction phase.
• Rectify any technical and coordination issues that surface within the Project team and any related working partners.
• Well-versed in Autocad, Revit / BIM software in Architectural / Structural / MEP
