A leading project services firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to manage project execution. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food & beverage industries. Responsibilities include overseeing project phases, addressing challenges early, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role requires strong technical knowledge and proactive problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of cGMP is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or food & beverage industry is an advantage.

Overview

We have an immediate requirement for a Project Controls Engineer, who will be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to drive the projects to completion within the time and cost control requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of the Project Execution from URS Design review to commissioning and handover.
  • Foresee potential challenges and address them before issues arise
  • Unblock the routine obstacles that inevitably occur on fast-track projects.
Requirements
  • Min 5 years of project management experience
  • Knowledge of cGMP is highly preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge coupled with hands-on working experience in pharmaceutical or food & beverage industry would be an advantage
  • Vast knowledge of all local legal issues, permits, and building codes involved
