Johnson Controls in Singapore is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to drive integrated planning, scheduling, cost control and forecasting for APAC data center and HVAC projects from bidding through handover.

You will develop schedules, monitor progress, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with production, procurement and technical teams. A CAPM/PMP and an engineering degree are preferred, with strong MS Project, Excel Analytics and Power BI skills.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, execution and communication skills.
• Good understanding of customer expectations and delivering quality.
• HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning knowledge preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project schedules and baselines.
• Perform critical path analysis and support recovery planning.
• Coordinate with Production and Technical Writing on APAC portfolio capacity.
• Conduct project cost accounting, analysis and tracking.
• Prepare and maintain project controls reports, dashboards and forecasts.
• Monitor progress across ENG, procurement, construction and commissioning.
