Our client is a creater for world class solutions for healthcare and construction technology. The Group creates unique solutions for healthcare facilities, research and laboiratiories for healthcare and biotechnology industry

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement standardized project controls to manage project timelines for the projects undertaken by the company.
  • Maintain Master Time Programme and detailed schedules to secure project delivery by the agreed timelines with our clients.
  • Implement robust resource scheduling linked to the Master Time Programme, detailed schedules and work-in-progress.
  • Manage detailed construction schedules with the Contractors to facilitate accurate reporting of construction progress to our clients.
  • Support the project teams in assessing extension of time claims from the Contractors.
  • Develop recovery plans when required and actively participate in defending those recovery plans to our clients.
  • Work with the Managing Director, Chief Project Controller and Project Director to secure project delivery, payment receipts and profit margin performance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Architectural, Engineering or any other related technical discipline
  • Possess minimum 12 years post-graduate relevant experience in the construction industry. Preferably in the construction of healthcare projects.
  • Able to make risk-based decisions where the parameters are unclear, and judgement is needed.
  • Have strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Can navigate through conflict situations and defuse tension.

Location: Central

Working days: 5 days

Salary: Up to S$10,000 + AWS and VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
