Job summary

A project management company in Singapore seeks an experienced project manager to oversee project control and delivery. Responsibilities
  • Work with Project Manager to plan, monitor and report on project controls and progress measurement expenditure.
  • Assist Project Manager in the delivery of the project, managing project cost and scheduling activities to ensure smooth running from the design phase to project close out.
  • Track monitor and report project performance. Provide monthly reports with details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
  • Establish Project and program control policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement and maintain planning, project controls processes & procedure, Project Management Information Systems & Tools and monitor compliance.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance in the Project Cost Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Planning & Scheduling and Client Stakeholder management
  • Provide leadership for planning and scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting for the project and entire program if required. Identify areas of improvement and assist in the implementation of systems to deliver the defined improvements in project planning.
  • Attend regular meetings and provide regular summary reports to the Project Management team, providing awareness of key project parameters and critical decision‑making information to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Architectural or Engineering with minimum 10 years' experience.
  • Good experience in project scheduling software and tools which include Primavera, MS Project and all other Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Good knowledge and experience in working in a digital engineering and construction delivery environment.
  • Good experience in applying risk management, project expenditure and change control and reporting earned value (EV) measurement of the progress of design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning.
