Job Description

Join us to be part of our team on this exciting journey to be involved in the forefront of supporting organisations to champion their human capital transformation journey. Given our pace of growth, we are looking for a Project Contract Administrator with the following areas of responsibility:

Administrative Excellence
  • Manage internal and external documentation, correspondence, and scheduling to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records for compliance and audits.
  • Support internal teams with process adherence and operational requirements.
Stakeholder Management
  • Support sourcing of partners and carrying out research and scanning.
  • Support outreach to sources/partners including coordination work and outreach event organisation.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, contract compliance, and procurement processes in alignment with organisational policies.
  • Monitor vendor performance, maintain documentation, and support audits and performance reviews.
Vendor Management
  • Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Cross-Functional & Ad Hoc Support
  • Provide operational support for special projects, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Operations, Business Administration or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • 3–7 years of experience in administrative operations, contract administration, vendor management, preferably in manufacturing, or global enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor onboarding, contract compliance, procurement coordination, and audit-ready documentation in alignment with corporate policies.
  • Proven ability to support partner sourcing, stakeholder outreach, research activities, and coordination of meetings, events, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
