Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Project & Sales Management
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after-sales support).
    • Act as primary contact for international clients: understand requirements, propose solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
    • Ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams for seamless project execution.
    • Lead meetings to address issues and ensure projects stay on track.
  3. Project Planning & Reporting
    • Define project goals, schedules, budgets, and risks; implement effective mitigation strategies.
    • Provide regular status updates and performance analysis to management and clients.
  4. Market & Technology Insights
    • Monitor server industry trends and technologies to support client product planning.
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and service enhancement.
  5. Inventory & Material Management
    • Assess risks of excess or obsolete inventory; support cost optimization initiatives.
    • Negotiate clearance and cost‑sharing solutions with clients.
    • Improve inventory management processes to minimize future risks.
Qualifications
  • Strong business and financial acumen; experience in cost, margin, and inventory management.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and managing commercial terms with global clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with process improvement experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
