A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager to liaise with consultants, conduct meetings, and monitor project progress. The ideal candidate will manage cost estimates and ensure timely project delivery. Long hours including weekends and holidays may be required.

• Conduct project briefings and monitor progress.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor claims.
• Take actions to prevent or remedy delays.
• Monitor clearances from authorities.

Responsibilities

-Liaise with a project team of consultants, contractors, developer in daily site activities.

-Conduct project briefing, kick off meeting and responsible for periodic progress reports.

-Evaluate the master programme and monitor progress.

-Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response.

-Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.

-Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.

-Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary programme and budget.

-Multi ad-hoc tasks assigned.

-Able to work long hours including sunday and public holiday.
